The Back of Beyond /Design representation
We are a small studio, based in North Wales.We offer an interesting variety of services that orbit in and around the genre of professional modelmaking.
Modelmaking today is a multi skilled profession, modelmakers are a hybrid of engineering and art, /product design/ our skills range from sculpting with clay and casting with glas fibre resin to precise hand scalpel or milled and lathed work but also to the extreme of 3D CAD and rapid prototyping systems such as Stereo lithography.
At the back of beyond we have the skill and ability to create anything, and we are prepared for anything, if you want a 10 foot fibreglass pizza for your shop front or display we can do it, no mater how strange the request seems we are always happy to accommodate your idea in confidence.
We can create models of your designs which are commonly known as prototypes, these models can be fully functional prototypes or a visual representation.
We have the technology to realize your CAD files in almost any format, we use state of the art linux work stations
